7-day Cruise on Norwegian Bliss

Alaska: Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka & Victoria

from Seattle, Washington

One of the most scenic and thrilling cruises is Alaska, and this 7-day itinerary even includes Icy Strait Point and its wilderness experiences.

Just outside of Juneau is where you’ll find the majestic Mendenhall Glacier. Walk the nature trails and explore the Visitor Center with its view of the Juneau Ice Field.

Icy Strait Point is home to the largest Native Tlingit village in the state and its waters are teeming with wildlife, including orcas and humpbacks. Since every shop at Icy Strait Point is Native-owned, this is the place for authentic goods and handicrafts.

Your last port is Victoria, the oldest city in the Pacific Northwest. With its green spaces and Victorian architecture, it is stunning. See Butchart Gardens and the stately Craigdarroch Castle.

If you want to join us, please read below:

1. Click this link to Visit Norwegian Cruise Lines website and it should take you right to our cruise.  If not, click Explore on the top, Find a Cruise, Alaska leaving from Seattle on July 26th, 2025. You can peruse all the various cabins and decide what type of room you want. Please note: Prices may vary slightly from what you see on Norwegian's website but not much. I have locked in a $1,500 discount from their normal prices (although there is always some sort of discount).

2. Click on the  registration link above. This will take you to my registration portal where you can select your type of room and respond to my questionaire.  If you are planning to share a cabin with someone you know, please be sure to indicate that on the questionaire when you register so I can properly match you.

3. There is an additional $200 group fee to cover my preparation time as well as hosting time onboard and admin costs.  (It is already included in the price you see above and when you register).

4. Please note: The Norwegian website offers free airfare for 2nd passenger which sounds good but is mostly for promotion purposes. I have been strongly advised by my group travel person that it is not worthwhile. They book you on the cheapest flights and don't tell you until the last minute. If you want to try anyway, you can add your name and contact to our shared spreadsheet and see if there is someone to coordinate travel with.

5. Although it is your responsibility to get to the port on your own, I will provide a google spreadsheet of everyone's arrival times and contact info to make it easier to coordinate with others that are flying in around the same time that you are so you can share rides.

6. Please install What's App on your phone because I will be forming a group for us to connect ahead of time. We will use it for communication on board as well.

7. We will also have a zoom meeting ahead of time to get connected with one another. This should ease the nerves if you are coming on this adventure alone! My motto is "Feel free to come alone because you won't be for long" and I MEAN IT!
