Claire Batistella
"I profoundly believe in the power of transformation that unfolds when women gather with intention"

Claire Ibisa.jpg

ABOUT:

Claire weaves together the clarity of leadership coaching with the depth of soul work. As a leadership coach and Akashic facilitator, she guides women to align their inner knowing with purposeful action. Her work bridges structure and soul, blending Akashic wisdom, embodiment, and evidence-based coaching frameworks to bring clarity, direction, and grounded transformation.

Claire’s path began in entrepreneurship and leadership development, guided by a lifelong curiosity about what moves us as human beings and what allows real change to unfold. This exploration led her to study human behavior, neuropsychology, and communication, which continue to inform her integrative practice today. Her approach brings together presence, embodiment, and higher awareness to create spaces where transformation feels both grounded and sacred.

Originally from France, she has lived and worked across countries and languages, bringing global sensitivity, emotional intelligence, and deep presence, along with a profound respect for the many ways women connect to truth, creativity, and authentic expression.

Her facilitation invites spaciousness, authenticity, and alignment — a return to one’s own inner compass.

IN HER OWN WORDS:

There’s something almost magical that happens: a remembering, a softening, a reawakening. Being invited to experience this in the vibrant beauty of Costa Rica feels like a gift.

I grew up in a small French city, in that little triangle where France, Germany, and Switzerland meet. As a child, I dreamed of living beyond borders, drawn to horizons, cultures, and languages that would expand my world. Multiculturality became part of who I am; it opens our hearts, deepens empathy, and reminds us how connected we truly are.

Latin America, especially, resonates deeply with my soul: its warmth, rhythm, generosity of spirit, and deep resilience. I first went to Costa Rica in 2017 with my sister and niece; it was an initiation for them, and for me, a homecoming and deep remembering. I still recall the hummingbirds flying around and the colors that felt so vibrant.

Earlier in my life, I studied Law, a path that felt soulless and confining. I remember panicking because nothing seemed to nurture curiosity or critical thinking. I feared I might forget how to truly think, feel, or imagine. Yet, I completed my Master’s in Spain and stepped onto a path that had no landmarks,  just the faint outline of an unexplored trail that I somehow knew I was ready to walk.

In parallel, I was living in a “dark closet,” as some of you might know, and I knew, deep inside, that I had to set myself free and embrace my love for women.

Life, in its mysterious orchestration, led me to Mexico in 2007, at the age of 24. I followed that thread, that quiet but insistent intuition. Each time I moved or left a place, it was never random; a higher voice whispered, “this way.”

My years in Mexico could fill a novel, full of drama, color, and transformation. In a nutshell, I became an entrepreneur, built a business in hospitality, and learned everything I didn’t yet know about myself and what it means to be fully human. I learned harmony in chaos, resilience, and the art of rebuilding from within. Mexico became my crucible of transformation, the place where I began to find my voice and awaken to who I truly am.

My frequency started to shift as a spiritual path quietly unfolded. I believe spirituality goes hand in hand with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. I was introduced to Reiki and found a way forward through the art of forgiveness. I realized we are much more than we think, and that all power lies within us, leaving no room for grudges or victimhood.

I studied human behavior, psychology, neuropsychology, NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, and Nonviolent Communication. Later, in the south of France, I established my practice as a hypnotherapist. I practiced meditation, and  nature became both my teacher and companion. From San Francisco to Lisbon, where I’ve been living for the last six years, my path continued to unfold.

I became a certified coach with Axon Argentina, and I am ICF ACC-accredited and an EMCC Senior Practitioner. I work with global organizations across industries, guiding conscious leaders to cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and coherent decision-making, so that leadership becomes an act of presence and compassion. I also co-organize a vibrant community of women coaches, therapists, and healers in Lisbon and hold women’s circles.

In recent years, I’ve been training in the Akashic Records, a path I entered during a moment of spiritual questioning. It became a journey of remembrance, of returning to the wisdom of the soul. For me, it's a voice that finds its expression, a movement that becomes a dance, a living dialogue with the unseen, a practice of listening to the language of energy and love that connects all beings.

The Akashic work has deepened my faith, expanded my understanding of purpose, and reminded me that we are here to live through our essence and to remember who we already are.

Although spiritual, I am not affiliated with any current or school of thought. I am, and will always remain, a free spirit, a free electron, and I truly believe that we are our own masters. Over time, all the threads began to weave together: the structure of leadership, the depth of therapy, and the intuition of soul work.

In Lesvos, Greece, I found an island that feels deeply alive in community, a place that nourishes my soul. It was there, in early summer 2024, that I met Jody. Little did I know then that I had met a dear soul, that our friendship would blossom, and that I would have the joy and honor of co-facilitating a retreat alongside her.

Now, I’m thrilled to return to Latin America, to beautiful Costa Rica. As our beloved Chavela Vargas sang, “Uno siempre regresa a los viejos sitios donde amó la vida.” We return not to relive the past, but to meet ourselves anew,  to honor the places that once awakened our hearts.

I can’t wait to be there with this beautiful community of women, sharing space, stories, and moments of awakening and remembering together.
